Starting with an empty shell, we delivered a fitness center that captures the established aesthetic and atmosphere of the owners' other locations. By constructing this project simultaneously with an adjacent restaurant, our team strategically coordinated shared trades and utilities to create a more efficient, cost-effective process for both owners.
