Inspired by the historic brownstones of New York, this urban Birmingham development brings together five individual buildings and 11 residences. With a tight one-acre site and challenging soil conditions requiring the excavation and replacement of approximately 10,000 cubic yards of earth, the project called for careful site planning and close collaboration between Hancock Construction, owner, and engineer.
