These unique condominiums are designed as two separate buildings connected by a central courtyard, creating a distinctive residential community overlooking the heart of the city. Started before COVID and completed during the pandemic, the project required close collaboration between Hancock, the architect, and the owner to navigate challenges and bring the development to completion.
