AJ began her career as an intern at Warren Averett when it was still a small regional firm. Although she initially planned to pursue auditing, she quickly discovered a passion for financial management accounting. During a period of rapid growth at Warren Averett, she gained valuable experience implementing systems, streamlining processes, and learning the inner workings of a company that grew to more than $50 million. After spending time in the nonprofit sector, she realized her passion lies in working with small- to medium-sized businesses, where she can help drive meaningful change and operate at the intersection of accounting and operations.
