Chris Duren serves as a Senior Operations Manager for Hancock Construction's Residential Division, bringing more than 22 years of construction industry experience to every project and team he oversees. A Trussville native who now resides in Cahaba Heights, Chris began his career working in a custom cabinet shop, where he developed a hands-on understanding of craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail. In his role, he leverages this hands-on experience to keep residential projects moving forward, proactively solving challenges while ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Outside the Job
Chris and his wife, Jennifer, live in Cahaba Heights with their two kids, Bennett and Baylor.
He is the President of the Birmingham-East chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace, which is a non-profit building and delivering beds to local kids in need.
Chris enjoys woodworking, beach trips, and spending time with family.
If you find him at Happy Hour, he'll probably be drinking a local draft beer.
