Dustin Slaughter

Dustin Slaughter serves as a Partner in Hancock Construction’s Residential Division, bringing more than 23 years of hands-on construction experience and entrepreneurial leadership to the team. Originally from Springdale, Arkansas, Dustin now resides in Mt. Laurel and has built his career from the ground up, beginning as a laborer on a framing crew before eventually founding and growing his own homebuilding company. In 2024, Dustin merged his company with Hancock Construction, combining his extensive field expertise and leadership experience with Hancock's commitment to quality and client service.

  • Dustin enjoys attending University of Alabama football games, swinging a golf club, coaching wrestling, supporting his kiddos with their wrestling and gymnastics careers.
