Ethan McCrary
Ethan learned the construction trade from his father before joining Hancock Construction at the age of 19. He began on the residential side of the business, steadily working his way up through the company before transitioning to commercial construction. There, he continued to grow professionally, progressing from an assistant role to independently managing his own projects.

Ethan lives in Dora with his wife, Rachel, and daughter, Eleanor.
He enjoys shooting pool, playing golf, hunting, and fishing.
He is passionate about mission work, having been on a lot of mission trips in his life, and enjoys going to different places to help those in need and spread the gospel.
